Fees vary depending on the service but most are based on a sliding fee scale. Medicaid, BCBS, and other insurances are billed for covered services. No one is refused services due to inability to pay.

Kingman County Health Department was established and operates under the premise that all people are entitled to adequate health care; and that they have a right to maintain a healthy independence, freedom from disabling illness, and have access to information concerning their health and prevention of illness.  The department’s objectives are to provide preventative health measures for all residents of Kingman County, including, but not limited to: immunizations, nutritional information and/or assistance, information and education in caring for infants and children, well-person health assessments, early intervention health screening, family planning and well-woman information and services, disease investigation, licensure of day care providers, referral sanitarian services, and travel health recommendations.
